Important use notes:

• Before using your stamps, condition the design side by lightly scuffing with fine sandpaper
• If the stamps are difficult to remove from the backing, pull without worry; they will not tear
• Practice first on cardboard or a sample surface before stamping a treasured piece
• Do not shift the stamp once it touches the surface, as this can cause smudging or a double image
• For precise placement on flat surfaces, use an IOD thin mount or acrylic mount
• For curved or irregular surfaces, use the stamp freehand or with a flexible mount so it can conform to the shape
• Mounting surface and back of stamp must be completely clean and dry to cling properly
• For some mediums, a stamp cleaner safe for clear stamps may be helpful
• IOD stamps are made from food-safe material, but keep food-use stamps separate from craft-use stamps
• Not for high heat applications
• Do not use in dishwasher, microwave, or oven
• Do not iron the stamp itself
