FIRST STEP Prep by Miss Lillian's Paint is a Pre-Paint ONE Step, Surface Preparation product.  FIRST STEP Prep is a NO RINSE formula is designed to prepare high gloss and other "hard to stick to" surfaces for repainting or refinishing, and is specially formulated to help new paint and varnish bond to old finishes. FIRST STEP Prep removes dirt, grease, grime, smoke, mildew, food stains, heel marks, crayon, old wallpaper paste and furniture polish from painted and unpainted wood, metal or vinyl wallpaper. FIRST STEP Prep is available in a 10 oz spray bottle.
