Important: Sold by Weight, Not Volume

Each jar contains 30 grams of Making Powder by weight—not by volume.

Different pigments have different densities and weights, so one color may appear to contain more or less powder than another even though both jars contain the correct weight. Pigments can also settle during filling and shipping.

The container is intentionally larger than the amount of powder inside, which provides room for the product and makes it easier to work with different brush sizes.

A jar that does not appear completely full is normal and does not mean product is missing.

Using Making Powders Dry

Making Powders are loose pigments rather than a stand-alone protective finish. When pigments are used dry, rubbed onto a surface, or mixed only with water, protect the completed project with an appropriate compatible sealer or wax once you have achieved the desired effect.

Because these pigments are highly concentrated, start with a small amount and add more gradually until you reach the color intensity you want.

Colors and effects can vary depending on the medium, mixing ratio, base color, surface, application technique, lighting, and screen settings.
