Order the new IOD Stamps from the Fall 2019 Release!
Updated 12:30pm, 9/30/2019. I have received the new IOD Stamps TODAY - Monday, September 30! Unfortunately, the IOD Ink has been delayed from manufacturer. I expect to have the Ink by mid-next-week. (Text in red below was updated at this time)
WHEN CAN I ORDER? You can order now. As I mentioned in my Newsletter, Facebook Page, and Instagram, I began PRE-SALES of the new IOD Décor Stamp Fall 2019 release at 6:00pm Central, September 24, 2019.
Available quantities are limited to the amount of new inventory I’m expected to receive on or about September 30, 2019. So if the button says "IN STOCK - ADD TO CART" - your order WILL ship next Monday!
WHEN WILL IT SHIP? All pre-orders for the new IOD Stamps have been shipped. I still have all the new IOD Stamps in-stock as of this writing. If the button says "IN STOCK - ADD TO CART", then that means I have it in-stock and it's ready to ship! I expect to ship the IOD Ink by mid-next week. My apologies. Please check your email (spam and/or promotions folders) for your shipping notification, or, if you cannot find this email, you can check your order status at https://paintedheirloom.com/account.
Depending on the time of day I receive the IOD inventory, your order could be shipped out the same day - Monday, September 30. If for some reason UPS shows up after the Post Office has closed your shipment will go out on or about Tuesday, October 1.
BUYING New/Pre-Sale & CURRENT Products. If you combine and buy both New/Pre-Sale IOD Stamps and Ink products with CURRENT release of products, your entire shipment will be delayed until I receive the NEW products, and then will ship them all at once. If you do not want this, then please order New/Pre-Sales and Current products separately. I hope you understand.
PRE-SALE REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS. Due to the nature of Pre-Sales and limited inventory, I cannot refund your order should you decide to cancel the order after it has been placed. Most single IOD products (a stamp, a mould, or a transfer) can be shipped for $4 to $5 via First Class, which is offered for orders less than 1 lb.
