PLEASE NOTE.

APPLICATIONS.

• Use with urethane and epoxy casting systems to prevent mold sticking
• Apply to silicone or non-silicone molds to extend their usable life
• Compatible with a wide range of mold materials (excluding silicone-to-silicone applications)

BEFORE YOU BEGIN.

Work Environment: The ideal working temperature is around 65-75°F in a clean, dry, dust-free environment. Avoid working in high humidity. If you are pouring epoxy in large volumes of 2 or more gallons, we suggest keeping room temperature closer to 65°F. We highly recommend keeping fans on your project to help dissipate heat.

Materials: Be prepared with all necessary materials and tools before beginning your project.

• Stir-sticks
• Mold box
• Cleaning Materials
• Misc. handling tools – X-acto knife, pliers, a drill or Dremel tool, heat gun, etc

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Shake well before use.
2. Hold the spray bottle 6–8 inches from the mold surface.
3. Apply one thin, even coat using the fine mist applicator.
4. Allow to settle briefly—no drying time required.
5. For best results, reapply before each casting session.
6. Using a Casting Clear Resin? Apply very thin coating on surface for best results. Overapplication can cause clarity to diminish. 

CLEAN UP & DISPOSAL. Tools can be cleaned with lsopropyl Alcohol 99% or a residue-free cleaner. Do not use soap and water. Dispose of product and container according to Federal, State and local regulations. Store any remaining product in the original bottles, tightly sealed and locked up in a cool, dry environment.

NOTE: Alumilite Amazing Mold Release is recommended for use with epoxies and urethanes only.

NOTE: Not compatible for silicone-to-silicone applications such as making two-piece silicone molds.

NOTE: Parts cast using Amazing Mold Release will require soap and water wash, and solvent wipe prior to painting. In some instances, light sanding may be required prior to paint application.
