Using the illustrations of Paul De Longpré, the IOD By Any Other Name Transfer by Iron Orchid Designs features a classic collection of roses paired with birds and butterflies. Sally sourced the antique prints directly from a dealer, selecting from a book of De Longpré’s rose studies. A contemporary of Katarina Klein, his work was often compared to hers for its expressive handling of botanicals, though each artist had a distinct approach. We curated a selection of prints that preserved the character and detail of his original compositions.

This set includes eight 8" x 12" sheets of lavish elements: sweeping rose branches in blush, cream, red, and golden yellow, charming birds, and ornate label motifs (French typography and vintage signage styles) that make every project feel curated and timeless. Use full compositions for a statement piece or cut apart the elements to build borders, clusters, focal points, and repeating patterns.

Gridlines are printed on the transfer backing. This allows you to confidently position the image exactly where you want it on your decor project. The IOD transfer backing can also be used to burnish the transfer to ensure full adhesion.
