Key service parameters: Signature Confirmation operates exclusively within the United States via U.S. Postal Service carriers and is not compatible with alternative shipping methods or international destinations. The signing party may be any responsible person at the residence, including minors.

It is important to note that The Painted Heirloom's liability concludes upon successful delivery and signature acquisition. Any subsequent theft, loss, or damage occurring after the carrier's delivery completion falls outside our coverage scope. This service is particularly valuable for high-value items or time-sensitive shipments where delivery confirmation is essential to your transaction security.
